Soo...I haven't updated in awhile, but I thought I might as well today, just to let you know (yes, all two or three of you who actually read this) that I got my first acceptance letter to college the other day! It will also be the only one I get, because that was the only school I applied to. Beth is going to Penn State. Woohoo!

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! In March I bought porn for jenniology (10 points). In January I donated bone marrow to rajenath in a life-saving procedure (300 points). Last Thursday I put gum in fluffyrainbows's hair (-12 points). In May I caught a purse-snatcher who stole etherealfreedom's purse (30 points). In June I helped quirkysmirks see the light (8 points). Overall, I've been nice (336 points). For Christmas I deserve a new bike! Sincerely, flamingkumquat

So, I went to Bakurestu-con (the anime convention) with my friend Katie today! It was sooo awesome, I can not even begin to describe it. And it left me completely broke, but very happy. And I got three hugs from people I don't even know!
Katie and I were wearing our kimonos, and people even asked to take our picture. It was pretty sweet.

I could give little details here, but that would take so long. Suffice to say, I had the best time I've had in a very long time.

Again with the long spaced out updates. 'Cause I'm cool like that.

I haven't really been up to much lately. Amber's nicely settled in at college, and I've visited her a few times, along with her super cool new friends. She, and her friends are coming over this weekend, and it should be quite fun. I absolutely love them.

School's been alright. Boring. Slightly stressful. But fine.

The group Halloween costume this year: zombie emo boys. Don't ask.

In other news, Beth finally got her first kiss a couple weeks ago. Hurrah. Long time coming, that one. Oy. >_<

So, long time no update. This is because my computer was sent out for repairs. But now it's back, and so am I. And I am very stressed. I'm now working at Brooks (nothing special, but it's money), plus, my course load this year is ridiculous, so I can get into a good college. I am taking:
Advanced Physics w/Tailer
AP Calculus w/Fitzgerald
Psychology w/Ross
Latin 4 w/Ritval
AP English w/Steggs
AP History w/Ross

Yay me. But, it's nice that pretty much everyone has the same free period (13-14). Everyone being myself, Katie, Kayla B, Edgar, Ethan, Jacob, Noah and Jimmy. So we're ordering pizza tomorrow. And I don't have to work again until Saturday. Yay me.

I am currently very depressed. VERY depressed. I am not at Warped Tour, as I was hoping I would be (hoping all summer, really). No. Apparently, we're much too broke. I think the world hates me. I smell some sort of conspiracy.

I went to see Pirates for a second time with Caitlin, Kaitlin and Kayla B today. That is most definitely a movie that is better appreciated the second time around.

I'm leaving for a college visit to Penn State on Thursday. You know what that means, right? Lots of things I can't get here! Panera Bread and the Marble Slab Creamery, to name a few. Delicious. Oh...and, like...college stuff and my future and whatever.

It's hot. *sigh* Warped Tour is in about a week, though. Happy, happy!

Oh, and hey, I finally got around to watching Stargate the other day. Great movie. I only had one issue with it, and that was the actors. I'm so used to the actors from the show that play Daniel and Jack that I kept thinking of the guys from the movie as fakes. Sad, I know.

So, I went over to my friend Katie's house yesterday. It was awesome. We geeked out. We watched 1.5 discs of Firefly, and played some DDR Extreme 2 and some Kingdom Hearts 2 (which I am now officially in love with).

I borrowed a Kingdom Hearts strategy guide from her, which isn't helping me much, as well as Gunslinger Girl and some volumes of Petshop of Horrors (which I never did finish reading).

She and her mother also got me a pretty neat shirt that made them think of me. I'm not sure why, though. XD It says "Genius by birth. Lazy by choice."

So, Italy won. And I am quite ecstatic! I was so happy, I actually cried. Weird.
